Sanjivini Steel Centre is a manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel 304L flanges that contain carbon, nickel, silicon, nitrogen, sulfur, manganese, phosphorus, and chromium. There are many grades of 304L dependent on the carbon content. The stainless steel 304L flanges feature the same 18% chromium and 8% nickel content as the 304 flanges, but with a lower carbon proportion. Sanjivini Steel Centre manufactures and supplies flanges in various sizes, forms, and types. Stainless Steel 304L Flanges can withstand both weakly oxidizing and oxidative conditions, as well as environmental damage. As-welded, the 304L SS Flange is extremely resistant to intergranular corrosion. Another distinguishing aspect of the SS 304L Flange is its exceptional toughness and endurance.
The SS 304L Flange is also known for its resistance to highly strong organic acids, such as acetic acid. The 304L Stainless Steel Flange material’s high chromium content makes it resistant to oxidizing solutions such as nitric acid up to 55% of its weight and high temperatures up to 176 °F. In a more chloride-rich environment, the metal is more prone to crevice corrosion and pitting. Stainless Steel 304L Flanges function well in freshwater applications with low chloride levels. At low temperatures, the 304L SS Flanges can also be used in alkaline fluids free of halogen-containing compounds such as chlorides or fluorides.
