The size range of the tubes and pipes is 1/8 inch to 30 inches. The grades Nickel 200 and 201 nickel alloy pipe can be seamless, welded, or electric-resistant welded. The production techniques vary. There are several uses for nickel 200 pipes and tubes, and they come in different sizes and shapes. Pipes in round, rectangular, hydraulic, or square shapes are produced by the providers of nickel tubes. Some very corrosive and delicate applications employ these adaptable tube types from nickel pipe manufacturers.
The welded nickel alloy tubes can be welded with ease to connectors, fittings, and flanges. There are different pressure ratings for the nickel 200 tubes and pipes with different schedules. The high-nickel alloy tubes are expensive, but they are highly corrosion-resistant. Therefore, they are used in high-end applications that absolutely require nickel alloy tubes. The nickel alloy pipes and tubes can be replaced with other materials, such as duplex steel, when the absolute necessity is not there for the nickel alloy material.
