Stainless Steel Condenser Tubes are designed to efficiently condense process fluid off of  the outside of  the tube.This application is widespread in heat exchangers, from being a part of condenser and in a chiller evaporator refrigeration cycle, in surface condensers to condensing steam, and everything in between.  It is commonly manufactured with an O.D. of 5/8 in, 3/4 in, and 1in. Some applications use larger O.D tubes than these and that is particularly ammonia chillier. SS 304 Condenser Coil is chosen for steam heating system and especially on water and CIP applications with fluctuating temperature conditions or when CIP temperature is low which causes thermal shock condition. Stainless Steel 316l Condenser Tubes receive high-pressure gas from the compressor and convert the gas to a liquid. It does it by transfer of heat or the principle that heat will always move from a warmer to a cooler substance. Stainless Steel 304 Condenser Tubes is usually suitable for fresh water applications and it is most inappropriate for seawater because chlorides in the water will cause pitting. SS Steam Condenser Tube Material is frequently used because it resists ammonia corrosion and ammonia or amines are generally the primary chemicals added to boiler feedwater systems for pH control. It helps to reduce the possibility of leaks in evaporator coils due to it is corrosion-resistant. Stainless Steel Evaporator works the opposite of the condenser; here refrigerant liquid is converted to gas by absorbing the heat from the air in the compartment. When the liquid refrigerant reaches the evaporator its pressure has been reduced by dissipating its heat content and by making it much cooler than the fan air flowing around it. It has great durability and is resistant to corrosion and hence it makes it a wise choice for corrosive surroundings. It also has high tensile strength. 

SS Cooling Coil is used in a refrigerator or a freezer and is used to carry the refrigerant. There should also be no food or other particles stuck on it because this can lead to the coil not functioning well. It is durable and easy to install.

SS Brewtech Cooling Coil in a storage tank developed a small leak. To prevent the liquid in the tank from leaking into the cooling water, the coil is isolated but kept up to pressure by closing and slip-plating the exit water valve but leaving the inlet valve open.
