The exceptional strength of Inconel Alloy 625 Flanges and other variations is derived from their chemical compositions. Inconel N06625 flanges have a melting temperature of 1350 °C, which is likewise rather high. The strength of the flanges enables their use in high-pressure applications, and their melting temperature for their use in high-temperature operations. Inconel 625 Flanges’ durability is a result of alloying elements like molybdenum and niobium strengthening the nickel-chromium substrate.
Therefore, dispersion hardening processes are not necessary for Inconel UNS N06625 Flanges. These four components work together to give Inconel 625 Flanges exceptional resistance to a variety of corrosive environments with differing degrees of severity and high temperatures.
